MAIN PURPOSE OF AADC ORGANISATION

Amathunzi Arts & Development Centre is a community-based organization located in Khayelitsha (Lingelethu District) in the Western Cape (NPO No. 252-197

The organization was established in June 2020 amid Covid19 pandemic by a concerned citizen who came to the realization that Khayelitsha youth, elderly people, people with disabilities, teens, and children are victims of gender-based violence, substance abuse, human trafficking, drugs, HIV/Aids and gangsterism. And arts is amongst the effective tools to address all of the above-mentioned social issues.
